The view from the balcony travels from the Franciscan monastery dating from the end of the 13th century, and the carefully maintained monks' olive groves and spacious courtyard, over countless Austro-Hungarian architectural beauties, to the archaeological site of the ancient Agrippina's house and part of the Temple of Augustus, and all the way to the open view of the Gulf of Pula and crane of the Uljanik shipyard. Here we are back in the apartment and the entrance hall that leads us to the bathroom and two bedrooms that have access to a charming loggia. The apartment is extremely pleasant, it is very well lit by natural light that comes through numerous windows and glass doors. It has one balcony and one loggia that provide opportunities to stay outdoors. The apartment is very well designed and decorated with elements of industrial design, and various well-thought-out details and the choice of colors for the walls, floors and ceramics contribute to the softness and warmth of the final appearance.
