ISTRIA, Račja Vas - stone old house A very nice and tidy little place at the foot of the slopes of Učka, ideal for people who like a slow life and escape from the city noise. The place is 25 km from the Učka tunnel. The house we are selling is a higher single-storey house, made of stone, which needs complete renovation. The house is semi-detached, so it is held by one wall to the neighboring house. Part of the house is under the roof while part is collapsed. There is a parking space and a small garden next to the house, but there is an option to buy a larger plot (agricultural and forest) near the house.
