Ičići, two houses with a pool

Ičići is a seaside town located on the most beautiful part of Kvarner, where the slopes of Učka descend all the way to the sea. Due to the location of this small town and the rich vegetation and favorable climate, the tourist season lasts the whole y ear. Twin villas are located next to each other, 3 km above Ičić and one of the largest marinas in Croatia. Both villas overlook the Kvarner Bay, the islands of Krk and Cres. They are built by the owner himself, who is a civil engineer who invested his knowledge in combining the traditional and modern spirit of Istria. The villas are in a high state of repair, the walls are visible. Top quality materials were used in the construction and furnishing of the villa, the ground floor is in original Istrian stone, and the facade is 12 cm dermit plaster, 6-chamber PVC joinery. Each of the villas boasts four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, underfloor heating and ceramics. Each of the villas in front of the house has its own sunbathing area, swimming pool with Roman steps and summer kitchen for barbecue or cocktail bar. Access to the facility as well as outdoor activities is adapted for disabled people.
