The first floor is accessed by internal stairs and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with a view of two streets. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house is furnished and equipped and is built of wide-hewn stone. The last major renovation was in 1974, while the pipes were changed in 2012.

Seget Donji is the largest settlement in the municipality of Seget. It is located two kilometres west of the UNESCO city of Trogir and has a long tourist tradition. The settlement of Seget Donji was founded in 1564 when the Trogir nobleman Jakov Rotondo received permission to build a tower. Later, a settlement would be formed around this tower, fortified by a defensive wall and four towers due to the Turkish threat. Seget Donji is a highly suitable destination for families. A beautiful pebble beach with restaurants and bars stretches along the coast beside the clear sea.
