LABIN- RABAC - 17th century manor house 3000m2 + surroundings 18772 m2 The manor house extends over 18 772 m2, surrounded by stone walls within which is the Baroque Franković-Lazzarini Palace, built in the early 17th century. with a decorated Istria n tavern, a luxurious restaurant with approx. 100 seats inside the restaurant and on the terrace, a summer stage for larger events within the decorated park and a group of buildings on the western side of the walls. Stancija - a unique entity of hospitality and tourism content with a cultural and historical dimension and a strategically important location. HISTORY OF THE PROPERTY: The country residential and economic entity with fortification elements was built on the land of the Labin noble family Franković Vlačić (1654). In a large rectangular area surrounded by a high stone wall, there is a park with an alley leading to the entrance to the "courtyard", a four-winged Baroque palace located around an inner courtyard with a narrow square clock tower. Semicircular towers have been preserved at two outer corners. The original stone paving has been partially preserved in the courtyard, while the castle and other auxiliary buildings have undergone some reconstruction. In front of the courtyard is a stone-built cistern and a fishpond, and a long alley leads to the former entrance to the estate, a representative stone portal, modeled after the early Baroque portals of patrician palaces in the town of Labin. In the northern part of the park, the building of today's restaurant was built in the 20th century and a wide entrance from the parking lot was built next to it. PROJECTS IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY: The Dubrova - Labin golf project is being developed in the immediate vicinity of the estate. It is an 18-hole golf course on an area of approximately 100 ha, which is defined by the spatial plans of the Municipality of Sveta Nedelja, the City of Labin and the Istrian County. The Mediterranean Sculpture Symposium takes place every year during August and September as an international art event in the Dubrova Sculpture Park, which, with its ninety works by internationally renowned sculptors and the world-famous “White Road” project, is located northwest of Stancija.
