We are selling completed wooden cottages with construction land in Vrbovsko. The wooden houses are of the "Tiny house" type with a ground floor of gross size of 24 m2, a gallery of 9 m2, and a terrace of 11 m2. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen in one space, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed for two people in the gallery. Basically, the house is designed as an ideal weekend house for 2+2 people, because the sofa on the ground floor converts into a bed. The field is located in Vrbovsko, Jablan, not far from Stara Sušica.
We are currently in the subdivision phase, and the construction of three (3) such buildings is planned, each on its own plot of 500 m2.

The price of 65,000 euros per object includes:
- construction land 500 m2
- construction projects, construction permit
- foundation for the installation of buildings
- delivery of wooden "Tiny house" houses and assembly on the field

The hosues come in the Roh-bau stage, and further works can be contracted up to the turnkey stage. Of course, if you have the knowledge and will, you can finish the objects yourself.
