Surroundings Barbana, an Istrian style stone villa, was completely renovated in 2014. It consists of two floors, an area of ​​150 m2, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace made of Brac stone, a kitchen with a dining roo m and a bathroom. The kitchen is made to measure, while many other original houses have been preserved. On the top floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, and one bedroom has an exit to the balcony. The house has very little electricity consumption due to photovoltaic cells that produce their own electricity. Heating and cooling are air conditioners, and floor heating is throughout the entire house, except for the living room. The front part of the house has a covered terrace with furniture made of old oak and an outdoor stone grill. In the yard, a Pebble Tec swimming pool of 24m2 and a small auxiliary building with a machine room and a storage room have been built.
