Construction of a house with a swimming pool near Gračišće has begun

Lindar - driving through the Pazinčica valley at the top of the hill in front of us, we will see the Lindar bell tower, which is watching and monitoring the valleys around it. The hill over which the bell tower towered was an excellent guard position and one of the main reasons for the origin of Lindar, once the towers and walls of the fortified fortress that guarded the entrance to Pazin Castle. Lindar Fortress has witnessed numerous historical events taking place in the valley below. They saw the Count of Krk, Ivno Frankopan, the incursions of the Turks, the action of Captain Lazarić and many others ... According to the issued building conditions (construction), construction began and the basement was built on a small slope of the terrain. The decision on construction conditions envisages the construction of a ground floor building with one residential unit with a swimming pool, a total gross living area of ​​232 m2 and a swimming pool of 35 m2 with a construction coefficient of 0.11. The project envisages meeting a high accommodation standard. So far, the following has been built: basement of 74 m2 (garage, technical space, storage), septic tank, most of the stone fence wall, main sewage and rainwater drains, and introduced and distributed in the built part of the building electricity and water.
