Vodnjan, Peroj - Agricultural land, 1500 m2

The village of Peroj, located on the southwest coast of southern Istria with a beautiful view of the Fažana channel and the Brijuni archipelago, is ten kilometers from Pula and 5 kilometers from Vodnjan. Peroj is being strongly and continuously urbanized and is aimed at the development of tourism, offering a large number of accommodation capacities in private houses and villas built in the entire area up to Barbariga, where a large tourist settlement has been built.

Between Peroj and Vodnjan, there is an agricultural plot on which about 30 old olive trees have been planted. It is about a hundred meters away from the asphalt.
