ISTRIA, BUJE - Building land with a sea view The medieval town of Buje is located in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, and is located on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the sea, surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves for w hich this area is famous. The proximity of the sea, the influence of the Mediterranean and mild continental climate, the tradition in agricultural production, hunting and tourism, the hilly landscape, preserved and unpolluted nature make the area of the Town of Buje one of the most attractive areas of the Istrian peninsula. A preliminary design has been prepared for three plots for sale, with a proposal for maximum development with the possibility of purchasing three additional plots from the City. The total area of the building plots is 2,052 m², with secured vehicular and pedestrian access from the public road. Description of the building: The construction of a detached family house of regular shape on sloping terrain is planned. Architectural design The building is designed functionally and modernly, in accordance with applicable regulations and the urban image of the settlement. High-quality, long-lasting materials are used with an emphasis on energy efficiency. A green flat roof with a sloping steel canopy is planned. The openings will be made of aluminum profiles with roller shutters for sun protection.
