Once only one island, today one of the most separated islands in the Adriatic consists of the islands of Lošinj, Cres, Unije, Ilovik, Vele and Mala Srakane and Susak. Due to its exceptional geographical position in the northern half of the hemisphere, the island of Lošinj has unique mild climate characteristics. The pleasant climate with more than 2,600 hours of sunshine per year and the abundance of aerosols in the air are responsible for the fact that Lošinj was declared a climatic health resort back in 1892. An extremely valuable gift of nature is the availability of clean drinking water from Lake Vrana on the island of Cres. In addition to the wonderful, well-preserved and well-kept nature, the island of Lošinj has an authentic cultural heritage and a long tradition of caring and warm tourist hospitality. Surrounded by the crystalline Adriatic Sea, in an oasis of rich flora and fauna and perfect peace, an olive grove is for sale 400 meters from the sea. A carefully tended olive grove with 210 lush trees of the Croatian autochthonous olive variety Oblica, ca. 20 years consists of several cadastral particles that together form a unique whole. The olive grove is completely fenced with iron posts and wire 2.5 meters high and has access from a neat macadam road registered as public property. Electricity and water connections are located on the field and a septic tank has been built. On the land there is also a caravan for 6 people, a container for tools, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor toilet. Two cadastral parcels planted with olive trees owned by the Republic of Croatia with an area of 2,452 m² are also used as part of the olive grove, so the total area under olive trees in this case is approx. 6,742 m².
