Building land for public construction

The implementation of a controlled bus system of the so-called smart home is planned, which enables control of all systems from cooling, heating, lighting, communication, etc. The transformer station is located on the east side of the plot in a separate object. The load-bearing structure is adapted to the necessary grid for the organization of the garage. AB Pillars are in a grid of 750×750 cm and solve the construction to the residential floors where the construction is performed through load-bearing walls.
