Croatian Selling Sunset finally recorded
The new docureality show called Where to sign, the Croatian version of the Netflix hit Selling Sunset, is soon expecting its premiere in Cinestar cinemas in five Croatian cities. The first pilot episode has already been filmed, and behind the project is the luxury real estate agency Eurovilla, which is a leader in many trends on the Croatian market, so it is not surprising that they were the first to decide on this daring project.
The idea to film a Croatian series about the sale of luxury real estate was born a year ago. Since our agency is at the forefront of many trends in Croatia, friends and clients often asked us when we would shoot the Croatian version of the Netflix hit Selling Sunset. I believe that many of them will be pleased when they hear that we have a premiere soon. From an agency that is a leader in the luxury real estate market and that knows and understands that market, this step was expected, said Euroville owner Sergio Serdarušić.
To create the show Where to sign, Eurovilla gathered a team of the best domestic audiovisual professionals and a top-notch production behind the successful producer Fran Juraj Prižmić with the artistic organization Menorah Film, whose projects have for many years occupied the first places of the most watched documentary content of HRT.
Their goal, through this docureality format, is to show viewers parts of Eurovilla's business that they have been developing for 20 years and whose details are rarely revealed. Licensed agents will guide viewers through the process of selling a luxury villa that most can only dream of. In addition, the owner of the agency, Sergio Serdarušić, will show his office in Zagreb for the first time and let the cameras go to a joint meeting, and the series will show the lifestyle of agents and clients, show the really demanding work of an agent, educate with expert comments, and intrigue the audience with interesting dialogues.
Although it is difficult to persuade me to take photos and to give interviews that I almost never give, now I stood in front of the cameras to show a part of what people keep asking me. Of course, it's difficult to convey all that through a series that is still a show, and you can't see how challenging and demanding our work is. I left myself to the expert hands of the screenwriters so that they would first of all satisfy the appetites and curiosity of the viewers, concluded the owner of Euroville, Sergio Serdarušić.
For filming purposes, Eurovilla opened the doors of its offices, as well as several luxury properties in its rich portfolio. The slogan Selling better life is woven into everything Eurovilla does, including the Where to sign series.
In the new docureality show, in addition to advice on buying and selling real estate, the founders of Euroville will show what Croatia has to offer as a destination. Croatia ranks high as a destination for buying luxury real estate in Europe and is currently among the most desirable, and the Croatian luxury real estate market has seen rapid growth in recent years.
Since these are luxury properties, so is the lifestyle of potential buyers. In addition to getting a tour of expensive real estate, viewers will be able to peek into the glamorous lifestyle of buyers interested in these properties.
The official premiere of the pilot show is expected very soon, editing and image and sound processing are currently being completed, and Eurovilla and Menorah Film are keeping some details of the production as a surprise until then. The author and production team hopes to realize the first season of six shows that will be available to a wider audience on the program of some national television, unlike the pilot show that will only be shown as a premiere in Cinestar cinemas, reports www.journal.hr.
