Trends in New-Build Prices in Zagreb in 2024

The analysis of the average prices of new-build apartments in Zagreb for the first nine months of 2024 shows a gradual increase with a few periods of stagnation.

In January 2024, the average price per square meter was 2890 EUR. Already in February, there was a significant increase of 3.81%, bringing the price to 3000 EUR. After that, in March and April, prices stagnated at the same level without any changes.

In May, there was another increase of 2.90%, raising the price to 3087 EUR. From June onwards, continuous growth was recorded. The largest monthly increase occurred in June, with a 6.61% rise, reaching 3291 EUR.

Following that, in July and August, smaller but steady increases of 1.09% and 0.48% were recorded, with the price reaching 3343 EUR. Finally, in September 2024, the average price per square meter was 3386 EUR, with a rise of 1.29%.

These data indicate a stable upward trend in new-build apartment prices, with a marked increase during the middle of the year, while the first four months were characterized by stagnation and minor fluctuations.
